We chose this hotel because of its convenient location close to several major hospitals. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Ekrem who was always there to help. The room had comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean. The hotel offered free parking and had English-speaking reception staff.
The outdated and poorly maintained 5th floor apartment was a letdown. It lacked sunlight due to tiny windows and the kitchen was not usable.
